As we approach the end of term, there are plenty of festive activities planned for the final week. On Thursday evening, we will be hosting our annual Winter Concert, showcasing a wonderful celebration of music and talent.

Just a reminder that it’s an early finish of 12:05pm on Friday 19th December.

We are starting to feel festive at school. The Christmas Trees are up and decorated and this week the Year 7 Food and Nutrition classes have been decorating chocolate yule logs which I and other members of the SLT have had the privilege of judging for the most decorative in each class.

This week was also the finals of the Speed Chess Tournament. I had the honour of presenting the winner, Toby A, with his trophy.

I would like to draw your attention to several school notices in this edition, which highlight upcoming events over the next few weeks.

Have a lovely weekend.
